Open config.php and verify your database credentials.
Common Fixes:
• Ensure the database user has been assigned to the database in cPanel
• Double-check the username — cPanel prefixes it, e.g. mysite_dbuser
• Make sure the database exists in cPanel → MySQL Databases
• Leave DB_HOST as localhost for cPanel hosting
